The AGM package will be emailed to the email addresses on file and mailed to anyone without email addresses on file. The package will be posted to the JRHOA website (https://jagareridgehoa.com/).
The HOA Bylaws were updated at the 2024 AGM to include the clause that Notices or documents that are required or permitted to be sent, served, or delivered under these Bylaws, the Act, or the regulations may be sent by electronic means in accordance with the Electronic Transactions Act (Alberta).
