The waterfall is a huge part of the Jagare Ridge Community and for our residents to enjoy the feature is also a huge priority for our development team at Melcor. Even though we are eager to have it running as soon as possible our current goal is to work with our consultants and experts for a permanent solution to ensure the amenity is working consistently every year. Please know that they are working hard to have a long-term solution and not a quick fix. This will take time as it’s a large structure and the long winters have not been favorable.
This is being carried out at a cost to Melcor and not to the HOA. The HOA will not be paying costs until the fountain/waterfall is fully operational.
